Consorzio Ecoqual’it was founded on 5 May 1994 as an enterprise between some of the information technology sector's biggest companies to support integration processes between production and the use of electronic and IT equipment. It stands on two basic principals: sustainable development, and voluntary participation in projects aiming to awaken the producer-distributor-client chain to environmental impact issues.
